Culture of Aomori "Miso Ginger(syouga miso)"

Oden is commonly eaten in the winter across Japan, with each region having its own ingredients of choice.

Aomori's being grated ginger and miso.

In Japan there is a dish called oden, but in Aomori prefecture "Oden" means "ginger miso oden".

Because ginger is contained, the inside of the body warms up.

Konjac, bamboo shoots, "daikakuten(deep-fried fish paste)",others are representative menu.

Ginger miso is made as a taste of each family, but we also sell packaged items.
